I am a journalist covering international politics, with a particular focus on the United States, Germany and transatlantic relations. My career at the Polish Press Agency (PAP) began in 2017. From 2019 to 2021 I served as PAP’s correspondent in the United States, before joining Dziennik Gazeta Prawna (DGP), where I worked from 2021 to 2025. Since 2025 I have been PAP’s correspondent in Germany.

My journalistic portfolio includes several thousand wire stories for PAP and several hundred articles for DGP, including interviews with presidents, foreign ministers, and members of parliament. Whenever possible I report on political events directly from the places where they unfold.

From the United States I covered the 2020, 2022 and 2024 elections—reporting from candidates’ election-night events, the corridors of Congress and the campaign trail, as well as covering protests, rallies and televised debates.

My reporting has included statements by US presidential campaigns concerning relations with Poland, the January 6 2021 attack on the US Capitol and the process of imposing sanctions on Nord Stream 2, using information obtained from the US Congress.

Since 2022, a significant part of my work has focused on Ukraine’s response to Russian aggression and the country’s role in Western policy. In Warsaw I witnessed and reported on President Joe Biden’s speeches in 2022 and 2023. My reporting from Germany has included, among other subjects, the state election in Rhineland-Palatinate, the rise in support for the AfD in western Germany and the inner workings of Polish-German relations, including the defence agreement concluded in June 2026.

Beyond the United States and Germany my areas of interest include the Middle East and the Balkans.

I believe in journalism practised away from the desk—on the ground and behind the scenes. More at ease at a keyboard than in front of a camera or microphone. I spend my free time playing basketball, attempting to surf and hiking in the mountains.
